- CFCynthia FabrizioJan 28, 20265.0I moved in on October 2025. So far so good. Leslie has been wonderful and helpful. Randy with maintenance is a 10 star. I always feel bad when he has to clean up everyone's dog poop. He is always having to do that. When it snows, he is out there so early to shovel so that we can have a clear pathway. When I have had to request help he is always there. I don't have to wait. He takes time to get to know everyone and there dogs. Thanks Randy for always being there.

This was my first time as a renter and I was very stressed out but the manager Leslie was able to help me . Plus the apartments are very nice and it had everything I needed and it’s close to my job. The manager Leslie was amazing and made the process easy and smooth , always answered my questions in a timely manner. I recommend this place , as someone who is not from Colorado , I toured other places and customer service is definitely a big factor for me . The property itself it’s pretty too I definitely see management cares for their residents! Thank you Leslie , you made my life easier !!
