  They will let your apartment fill with black mold and cockroaches and only do something about it when you put in your notice to move out. Then when you do move out after providing 60 days' notice, they still over charge you for amenities even though you no longer live on the property. This management company is in a few words: incompetent, immoral, and greedy. Enjoy living in a health hazard. I still feel like there are better places to live, and it's not a great company that owns the place, but the people who work there do at least try to make the mess slightly better. Also, after a few complaints they do try and resolve issues.

  Not only did the maintenance guy fix the icemaker but had a few minutes to ask if I had any questions or concerns about the new installment. A pleasant experience and felt happy that I have chosen to reside here.

  I submitted a maintenance request for what we thought was a concerning electrical issue, but turns out it was just a dramatic baseboard heater! Jack diagnosed and fixed it quickly, explained everything, and was great to work with. He also went above and beyond by deep cleaning and factory resetting our AC unit and getting it up and running again. 10/10, would trust Jack with all future mysterious apartment noises! ✅

  Terrible complex. They have no signage stating it is parking by permit only. Spots aren't numbered or anything. Stayed one night with a friend and this complex had my car booted by 7am. How was I supposed to know about a parking pass? At least 100 open spots.. this is a scam. Not like the office was open Sunday evening when I parked, where would I have gotten a pass? Terrible people.
