  I recently toured this apartment community with Kathy and had a very positive experience. The property was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Kathy was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of my questions during the tour. I liked the layout of the apartment and the overall atmosphere of the community. The location is also very convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and main roads. Based on my tour, it seems like a comfortable and well-managed place to live, and I would definitely consider moving here.

  I had an amazing experience moving in here. When contacting the maintenance team to look at issues with my washer, the same day, Darvin, responded to my request. He has went above and beyond expectations; not only was he personable and nice, he was able to help me with the washer the same day! As a single mom of two boys, this experience has made me appreciate choosing The Ranch at Bear Creek was a solid choice. Best decision I could have made!

  Ever since new management came this place has been going downhill. I’ve been having issues with having no hot water for months now and my most recent time it went out which was a couple days ago the maintenance took care of it and less than 24 hrs later I had no hot water again was told it was resolved I went to take a shower this morning and there was still no hot water.

  We did not end up renting here as our plans changed and we needed to look into a different area, but I will say the team over here was wonderful. I believe her name was Destiny (manager maybe?), was so knowledgeable, kind, patient, professional, and overall helpful. She answered all my "silly" questions with a smile on her face. When we toured the place it was well-kept and looked like a safe area for my kid to play and me not be worried about her. Which is one of the most important things I look for. If this is how they treat someone that doesn't live there, I can only imagine how they treat residents. If we didn't have to look further north, this would be the top contender.

  This place has been a NIGHTMARE since the day I moved in. We moved in the middle of summer and moved in to a non working AC. HVAC came out and said everything needed to be replaced including furnace. The tech ran a wire to temporarily fix the issue across my living room floor until approved replacement. The management took this as a solution and instead had them run the wire across the ceiling to the ac and cover it up. We get minimal AC upstairs during summer months (because we need a new furnace as well) management told me residents usually use fans and window ACs to solve the use. Excuse me? My rent comes out to 2600$ a month and you want me to go buy a window ac unit? Next issue. My dryer door latch fell off and it wouldn’t shut. So I couldn’t dry any clothes. Maintenance came and looked at it. They said they would order a new door it could take weeks… At the time the unit next to me was vacant so I emailed the manager suggesting to swap out the dryer with that one because it’s unacceptable that I have to go weeks without drying my laundry that I pay to have in unit. She lied and said it’s been rented out. (You can see the available units online) it wasn’t until I demanded corporate number that they came and swapped out the dryer with the one next door. A solution that took less than 20 minutes We rarely ever have hot water at night when all my kids bathe. I guess several units share one hot water heater so you never know if you’re getting a cold or hot shower. And now the worst part… bed bugs. Not sure where they came from but they have been in my bedroom for months now. They can come through vents. Hide in the walls they can come from anywhere in the building. An exterminator has came out several times to spray my mattress and box spring. Still has not been resolved. I called one time to see when the exterminator was coming as I was waiting for him and they said once he got to the office it just “depends on how many units he has to treat in the property” so this is a property wide issue sounds like. I was out of town for a week came back laid in my bed for 10 minutes and was bit several times. I’m over it and have been sleeping on my couch. Called the office 2 days ago asking for a call back for a different form of treatment than just spraying. No call back. Exterminator was supposed to follow up today For another spray from two weeks ago. He didn’t show up. I can’t wait until my lease is over. The maintenance people are very nice and respond quickly to minor issues. But the over all management of this place sucks. Slum lord. Way over priced for what you get. BEWARE!!!
