  We lived here for 3 years and absolutely loved it!! The bear creek trail and neighborhood is so nice to walk our dog on. We love that we are in such a convenient location to so many things, golf courses, breweries, red rocks, the list goes on and on. The maintenance team is great and always gets to our apartment so fast. Nathan in the leasing office has always been helpful. We truly love the area and will miss our first apartment at CBC!

  Nathan in the front office was very kind and helpful to me. I enjoyed my time at this complex. It was quiet and safe for me.

  We applied for a unit and were approved later that same day. The next day we put down a deposit to hold the unit. The next day we were informed that our application had incorrect information that needed adjusting Correct information was sent to the third party agency, then flagged as fraud for blacking out part of a bank statement to protect privacy Sent a dispute to the fraud team with our unredacted bank statement Fraud could not be overturned. No reason given As a last resort, at the direction of nathan the manager. Our information and bank info was then sent to the leasing office for them to verify themselves even though this made us feel uncomfortable. After more than a WEEK of not hearing anything other than "we're working on it" they send us a rejection email without a tangible reason for rejection Probably the most unprofessional situation ive ever dealt with when dealing with a housing lease. Dont approve people and then later say haha just kidding and we're gonna keep you on the hook waiting for a week before rejecting you for good. Singed - veteran with guaranteed income, zero criminal or eviction history, and 800 credit score.

  I live very nearby and know many people who live here, this place is a blight in the neighborhood, an absolute crime magnet. They need to clean up all the abandoned vehicles parked in front *200 feet up an unlit, downhill blind curve.* One of them was plowed into, not surprisingly, and the wreck sat IN THE STREET for another week. Disgraceful, it's a lovely area except for The Crossings.

  She was very friendly and did a great job! Was nice to have a women maintenance worker, made me feel more comfortable having work on my bathroom light done
