I do not recommend living at SilverReef.
My apartment is still being filled with cigarette smoke coming from another unit, and it has made it really difficult to feel comfortable in my own space. This has been an ongoing issue, not just a one-time thing.
I took the time to document everything and provided clear evidence to management. They are fully aware of what is happening, but nothing has been done to fix the problem.
It is frustrating because this directly affects health and day-to-day living. I expected it to be taken seriously and handled in a reasonable way, but that has not been my experience.
If you are considering moving here, I would recommend asking how situations like this are handled. In my case, even with solid documentation, the issue is still not resolved.

Came for a tour and was met by Jean Breazeale. She was kind, attentive, and informative. She was able to answer all questions we had off the top of her head and went above and beyond to show us the property!

Only 4 stars because im not actually living here (yet) but Ramone was AMAZING. He walked us through the apartments, the surrounding areas and you can tell he's genuine in creating a connection with people he's with. Im so excited to place my application in!

Disclaimer I have not lived here, but I just toured the complex and it seems really great. Spacious apartments, tons of parking, and nice location next to multiple parks. Jean gave me a tour and she was so kind, helpful, and genuine, and she really made the complex feel like a home!

This used to be a decent place to live.
Now, if you move in, enjoy their renovated balconies which include loose floorboards (after being fixed?! lol), the view of the giant dirt pile on the lawn that's been there for months, and a level of inattentiveness and incompetence from the office that has to be experienced to be believed.
We gave our notice to vacate months ago, yet they somehow missed that and have us listed as owing full rent for the month of April. We tried calling to get that sorted and apparently there's no one in the office who can help us at the moment. My fiance was also locked out of the apartment months back and called the emergency maintenance line, only to be met with an answering machine and not called back until the next day. So they say they have an emergency maintenance line, but what kind of emergency line doesn't answer you in the moment of your emergency? lol.
Management changed hands a few months back and it's been downhill at Silver Reef ever since. I'd highly recommend not living here. You can also hear just about everything through the paper thin windows throughout the whole complex.
