  Railside at Wadsworth Station is a great place. The property is clean, well kept, and has a really welcoming feel. You can tell the team takes pride in the community. Isabel York does an amazing job. She is friendly, professional, and truly cares about the residents. It shows in how everything is run.

  Currently live here and I love it. It’s quiet, you cannot hear your neighbors while in your apartment. It’s clean, they have a cleaning lady I see quite often so hallways and elevators tend to stay clean and taken care of. The girls in the office are friendly and helpful, Kelsey is the sweetest and greets you every time you walk in the door. My only complaint would be the parking which isn’t really anybody’s fault, the only “guest” parking would be the couple of spots up front by the door and you need to pay for a guest to use them as the entire front drive is considered a fire lane. Other than the parking though my time here has been great and positive and I am already thinking about renewing my lease. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, it’s really not bad here.

  I’ve only been here about 2 1/2 weeks but I’m so impressed with the Management. They’re so kind and generous and thoughtful always courteous. I love the parking situation that we have here My place was so clean and spotless when I moved in . The amenities are awesome. I just can’t say enough about this place love it.

  Kelsey and Xavi have been amazing and helpful since day one! I had a great experience with Shaun from Maintenance the other day. He was knowledgeable and arrived in a timely manner. Great community and environment!

  Edit: It has been 3 weeks since this review was posted, and I have still not received my refund check. The only response I’ve gotten is that they are reaching out to the accounting department. I lived in this apartment complex for a year, and while the day-to-day experience was mostly fine, the issues I’ve faced after moving out have been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. It has now been nearly three months since I moved out, and I still have not received my refund. I’ve had to be the one to reach out every single time, and several of my emails and calls asking for updates have been ignored. I was told a check was mailed five weeks ago, but it never arrived. When I reached out about this last week, I was met with a complete lack of empathy. I understand the current staff weren’t managing the property when I moved out, but being met with some compassion or urgency would have gone a long way. I even offered to pick up the check in person, yet I still had to follow up again—because no one contacted me with an update. As of today, nothing has been resolved. During my year there, several issues were ongoing: the parking stackers constantly broke down; the pool and hot tub were often closed for repairs without any notice; the area is generally safe, but you do have to be cautious around the homeless groups living under the RTD; and there is absolutely no guest parking. The office is quick to threaten towing, and the staff and management companies seem to change constantly. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and accountability—especially during the move-out process—has left a very negative final impression. I would not recommend living here based on my experience
