Our unit is not exactly up to date, maintenance requests take a while, people not picking up after pets, etc. however people often forget we live in a place that is also a business. So we keep that into consideration. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews so I wanted to share a little positivity. Prior to our move in date, a family member passed away in another state. Ana, who showed us our unit, met with us and completely understood our situation and pushed our move in date further so we could be with our family. That’s just one example of kindness. They also host a number of activities and giveaways for the tenants in this community which we were lucky enough to be their secret Santa recipient this year. I’ve seen a number of changes in the past few months including updates to the grounds and buildings, improvements in the maintenance staff, and better communication overall. We have a really enjoyed living here and have never had any issues with our neighbors. Thank you skyecrest for all that you do!
