These apartments don’t know how to manage there employees,especially some maintenance guys that don’t know what there doing only messing around during working.I ask them to fix my shower heads and they left it loose,I ask to fix the sink they left some extra trash underneath sink.So honestly not worth coming to rent here.

We live in wheat ridge gardens, Elizabeth was super helpful. She is bilingual she was awesome help, I enjoyed the time she spent with me to understand the contract it was an awesome experience to have met her.

Since the day I walked in to Holiday Gardens office Elizabeth and Betsy have been nothing but helpful, helped me get a one bedroom to start my new family!!! I had a few issues with the bathroom but maintenance Chad and Dave where very quick to fix my issue!!! Thanks guys. Also the painter/ resurfacer left my apartment looking AWESOME!!! THANKS GUYS Great Team!!!!

This is by far the WORST place to rent from in Lakewood. For starters, the rent is OBNOXIOUSLY overpriced for what you get in return. There is never any parking, the “Central AC” that is supposed to be included in our rent hasn’t worked all summer long leaving our townhome at temperatures exceeding 90 degrees, my poor cat can’t even survive in any room in this house because of how hot it is. Poor baby. The parking lot is always vandalized with broken glass, trash, cigarette butts etc. a random truck with a trailer attached to it that has been towed several times due to the fact that homeless people reside in it on what’s supposed to be PRIVATE PROPERTY! Not to mention the homeless people that live in the garages in the back of the parking lot. If you have any maintenance requests, be advised that it will take weeks if not months for any issues to be resolved, any work to be done, or any answers to your problems for that matter. And if you’re lucky enough to even get your problems addressed, the maintenance team all seems very unhappy to do it and when they do do it, they do a LOUSY job holding my kitchen sink up that fell through with 2 pieces of plywood. There is constantly ongoing plumbing issues, sinks backing up in the kitchen and both of the bathrooms, bathtubs, and water leaks from the upstairs bathroom to the downstairs bathroom, cracks where the floorboards and walls meet allowing for insects and rodents to come in. DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE ANT INFESTATION. Betsy and all of the office and maintenance staff are lazy and lousy! Who walks around smoking cigarettes on their own property? Betsy. Like how professional is that?!?! Please if there’s anything you take away from this review let it be NOT MOVING HERE! I’m pursuing legal action having already reached out to Denver Housing Authority (DHA) and Fox ProblemSolvers. I’m also pursuing a lawyer. Save yourself and your family the trouble of moving here you can find much better in the area!
