    These apartments don’t know how to manage there employees,especially some maintenance guys that don’t know what there doing only messing around during working.I ask them to fix my shower heads and they left it loose,I ask to fix the sink they left some extra trash underneath sink.So honestly not worth coming to rent here.

    My husband and I have had the worst experience living here since management. Maintenance is SUPER slow fixing anything. We put in requests 2 weeks ago, no follow up no updates. the landlord likes to make up her own rules about rent, we are in a pandemic and some people still have not been able to fully return to work. Upon being a few days late on rent she proceeds to leave a voice-mail saying that if rent is not paid by the date SHE set (before the 30 days given by law) we would need to pay double or payment wouldn't be accepted. Asked for that in writing or where it was stated in a new lease agreement, couldn't provide that. Now she has started having tow trucks stalk the area to tow people in front of their own places. There are no signs designating no loading in the spot we were towed from. Management in general is a joke, a eviction suit was placed on my husband's record for a month WHEN RENT WAS PAID. We were never served anything or given notice that this was place. We renewed the lease here AFTER that and we had no idea it was on our record until we are looking for a new place. You can get MUCH BETTER for what they are asking. Fireplaces are blocked off, the covering done to renovate that bathtubs completely came off after a yea, the counters are coming apart at the seals. Last year our toilet exploded and flooded the entire upstairs. Maintenance said "i knew about that issue> should have fixed it a while ago" from the amount of water this unit most likely has WATER DAMAGE AND MOLD... we were told colorado is too dry to grow mold and they never even checked. the ceiling leaks during heavy rain, you can literally see the water spots on the upstairs and downstairs ceilings. Only decent this about this place is Elizabeth in the office, she has ben as helpful as possible during our time here and we appreciate her!

    I’ve lived here for two years and just signed a lease for another year. The front office is always helpful and holds packages safely. When I go in for them Elizabeth and Betsy always remember me and the packages are always neatly set to keep them safe. Elizabeth and Betsy are always very friendly. Problems are promptly handled and the staff do their best to keep up with all the things that go on in an apartment complex.
