  Overpriced and outdated apartments (hello popcorn ceilings). The monthly fees are outrageous.

  I have lived here for two years & I can say that the maintenance here is fantastic! Always on top of it. I am leaving 3 stars because in the last two years: 1. The cable machine has not worked. 2. The medicine balls are ripped open. 3. Typically, no sanitary wipes in the dispenser.

  This apartment complex is amazing, location is great, amenities are nice and the staff and Maintanance are good. They will not do anything about the smell of weed in your apartment if your neighbors smoke, and it comes through the vents if that’s the case.

  My family really enjoyed living here. The location is quiet and yet only a short drive from the city. The management was always very nice and helpful. I've read a lot of reviews complaining about maintenance but we always had everything fixed within a few days at most. The men that work in maintenance we're always super friendly!! We watched the pool and hot tub cleaned daily, as well as the rest of the property. The apartment themselves are unique in layout, which is what I loved about them. The only issues we noticed: downstairs apartment could hear people walking above them, patio doors are not very sealed and you could hear people outside and the smell of smoke would seep in. Other wise no other issues.
