  Great place to live. Apartment is nice and staff is nice. The only thing that should change is parking pass should just be charged with the rent not a separate company

  Can I give zero stars? I submitted a maintenance request on 1/19 due to a gas odor in my unit and asked that it be checked for a possible gas leak. No one came for over a week. On 1/26, I called the leasing office and spoke with McKenna, who told me maintenance had been busy and would get to it later in the week. I explained that this was a potential gas leak and stressed the urgency. McKenna said she would talk to maintenance and call me back, but she did not. Later that evening, I called again and was told by McKenna that she had not yet had time to contact maintenance. At that point, I said I would call the fire department to have the issue checked. Maintenance was sent over immediately, and a gas leak was found. This was concerning, especially given the safety risks involved and the fact that I have pets in the home. These people do not seem to care about their residents safety.

  Their application process is full of bugs that grossly underestimated mine and my partners monthly income. That's fine, they said we could still sign a lease with a co-signer... but a co-signer that makes 5x monthly rent??? In this economy??? Not to mention they told me that my $200 holding deposit was refundable if i decided to not go with them 48 hours after getting accepted, but they conveniently told my partner it was nonrefundable 48 hours after applying. Waste of time and money, beautiful looking apartments though.

  The office staff are arrogant, supercilious and condescending! I hate living here!! Good luck if anything needs to be fixed! They literally don’t care! The whole package locker situation is ridiculous. If I could afford it I would break my lease!! I’m so unhappy here

  Not one into leaving a review but, I just want to say management and staff are incredibly helpful and will always work with you if you have any problems that come up. I also want to give a big thank you to Kyna at the front office—she is always quick to help and so friendly every time. Great apartments, amenities, close to everything in the Denver area, this is a steal for the area we live in. Everyone here is amazing, and I truly appreciate how well everything is taken care of and in a timely manner. Will definitely be renewing my lease this year!
