  NEVER RENT HERE!! Worst apartment complex ever! Real con artists! I’ve rented for 15 years and by far this is the worse! If I can at least save one person from renting here, then I’ve done my job. They have horrible management. No one ever picks up the phone. No one knows what they’re doing or what’s going on. They charge you BS “fees” that I’ve never heard of, like CAM FEES . They try and milk the most money out of you! They want to scam every penny from you. Having a dispute about last bill and no one, especially DISHONDA have responded back. Left several messages and no call backs. Last month bill, charged me the entire month when it was only supposed to be for 10 days. And they have the audacity to say it was my fault I paid the entire bill. What am I paying for? To manage your work too? This is your job to prorate our last month’s bill! Also, this new management bought the previous one out and said everything was going to be the same but of course it wasn’t. Way worse management and hidden fees. I have so many more things to say, but if I had to write it all down, it would be a book. Please save yourself from headache and money loss and don’t rent here! These people are dishonest. Also, very funny how they have the review button on their actual website, but you can’t even click on it to make an honest review! How sad. That speaks volumes! Happy rental hunting. This place is not it!

  I recently left a negative review for this property. I would like to update my review since dealing with Trisha from the new management. She takes a lot of pride in her job, and is very attentive to her residents. My experience here started off really rough, mostly in part to previous management, but has since gotten better. It’s a nice neighborhood, and I honestly feel Trisha cares, thanks for changing my mind.

  I have had a very nice time living at Belle Creek. It is normally very quiet. The park has kids and families so my daughter has friends to play with. The community put on an Easter Egg hunt and gave away prizes. I really have nothing but good experiences. One thing I will say is that the walls are not thin in my building. I really appreciate that. Sara in the leasing office has been great from the day I first talked to her and the maintenance staff always took care of anything I need. Maybe I am low maintenance but I have had a great experience here and love it.

  We have been living in Belle Creek since 2017. Management do their exelent job with working with you knowing that for past couple of years they have been changed. We love how quiet area is and safe. We had a chance to live in townhomes area for first year and then moved in apartment complex, right now we are ready to back in town home again. Overall experience living in both places are excellent.
