  We just moved in about 5 days ago and the experience has been great so far. We had a few maintenance concerns within the first few days here and we were amazed with how quickly the maintenance team fixed everything. Not one issue went more than 24 hours without being resolved. Brandin was incredibly helpful and accommodating and worked to resolve all of our concerns promptly. Additionally, it is nice and quiet here and everyone is friendly. This place so far has checked all the boxes for us and we can see why there are so many 5-star reviews.

  We have been here for just over a month and are very happy thus far. We had to find a place at the last minute, and are so grateful that we discovered the Parc at Greenwood Village. Consistent with the positive ratings we reviewed, we have found the complex to be clean, well-run, and quiet. We received outstanding assistance from Dilya, Brandin, and Paul, who helped expedite our move-in. Also, the maintenance staff has been highly responsive and professional. This is a hidden gem in close proximity to I-25, entertainment, and restaurants.

  I’ve really enjoyed living at The Parc at Greenwood Village. The management and maintenance teams are the best I’ve ever experienced, and any time something came up they were at my door within the hour, which is truly unmatched service. The complex is quiet, peaceful, and feels tucked away from the city, and the community is respectful, so if you like calm living this is the place for you. I’m moving out for personal reasons and because it can be pricey living here alone, so plan accordingly, but it is well worth it for the quality you get. At this point of my life I rather just save more money, but if you can find a roommate do it! Parking is generally fine since it is open parking, but spots can fill up fast, especially if someone is hosting a pool party haha. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend The Parc.
