  Omar Gonzalez When I started on my homeownership journey I was very overwhelmed. I really didn't think that buying a home was going to work out for me. Omar went above and beyond for me. Omar listened to me, was never pushy or impatient. Any questions that I had he always found the answers.   I reached out on a home in Boulder and asked for simple information the day I first saw the house stating that I was ready to make an offer as soon as I could cross that off - HOA and easement . I was passed off to a new agent initially, that clearly had no experience, had poor communication and two weeks+ later I still had not received the information and communication was poor at best. Then as we were following up on the information so that we could make an offer, we were told another offer had been made already and the house was under contract. We made a backup offer that was higher as it turns out than the primary offer which was not accepted because we weren't able to make our offer on time, even though we had been ready to make an offer weeks before the other offer came in. In over a month we never received basic HOA and easement information and still never did. Very disappointed with the experience and would not work with this group in the future.
