The maintenance people Josh and Johnny were very helpful and seemed knowledgable about maintenance. They were very professional but also friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in helping us with our maintenance requests. Johnny helped troubleshoot our dishwasher and helped us quickly get a new one when he identified the problem, and Josh helped us quickly reinstall our blinds that had fallen down. Josh was even so patient and friendly with my young daughter when she wanted to explore his tool bag. Also, Savanna (who I believe manages our building) also seems knowledgeable and has answered our questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

First off you told one possible resident you should have asked if there were applications NO you should have told them and you still took their Money, and then all your FEES. Wow where are the ethics in business and the empathy for the people looking to rent a home absolutely Garbage.
