  I’ve really enjoyed living at The Parc at Greenwood Village. The management and maintenance teams are the best I’ve ever experienced, and any time something came up they were at my door within the hour, which is truly unmatched service. The complex is quiet, peaceful, and feels tucked away from the city, and the community is respectful, so if you like calm living this is the place for you. I’m moving out for personal reasons and because it can be pricey living here alone, so plan accordingly, but it is well worth it for the quality you get. At this point of my life I rather just save more money, but if you can find a roommate do it! Parking is generally fine since it is open parking, but spots can fill up fast, especially if someone is hosting a pool party haha. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend The Parc.

  The parc is wonderful place to live with so many great amenities and friendly staff that is always willing to help out! It’s a beautiful area and the staff always has fun games and activities, and allows you to utilize the clubhouse for free!

  I moved from another state in the summer of 2024. I completed the paperwork and lease signing online, and the staff were very helpful and efficient throughout the process. Upon arrival, I found the apartment to be of excellent quality—clean and well maintained. It absolutely exceeded my expectations. I previously lived in a house, but I don’t miss it, because The PARC feels like a home. It’s not just an apartment; it’s a residential community with swimming pools, a gym, and well-equipped office spaces for those who work from home. It’s also conveniently located near shopping centers and supermarkets—nothing feels too far from The PARC. It’s one of the best neighborhoods in Colorado for biking, walking, and riding scooters.

  I have lived here for 5 years. Since new management has come in things have improved greatly. Paul Castillo is a person I can trust to get things done. He is extremely responsive and pleasant to work with. The maintenance staff (Eric) are great and answer questions and do things promptly. A few things I think could improve are the dog wash. I would wash my dog there more if it had places to hang your towels and something to place your stuff on. It needs cleaning more often. Lastly, when they power wash the breezeways the hair and dirt debris can still hang around months later. If that could be cleaned up that would look a lot better. Otherwise, it’s a great place to live,
