  i honestly was just looking at houses for fun, i was not thinking we could afford one for a long time. i was telling realtors constantly that we weren’t interested until nathaniel caught me at the right time. the vibes he gave was more relatable and not fake relatable. he was straight forward with us as first time buyers and listened to our wants/concerns, even humored us with last minute listings to view. i am so happy he ended up as our realtor and mark as our lender, they made sure and understood our concerns for pricing. i would recommend the two all the time

  I'm a Realtor in Florida and referred a Seller to Katrina Hunt. Katrina was given a tough task of selling their home in a tight timeline in the slow cold months. Not only did she accomplish this, but her communication with the Sellers and myself was outstanding! Everyone was very happy across the board. I plan to call Katrina with any future business I have in Colorado!

  Working with Katrina and The Baird Group was easily the best decision I have made in many years of selling properties across the country. I have been fortunate to live in several states and sell several homes here in the Denver metro area, but I've found every realtor I have used up until this point to be difficult in various ways, but mostly in how they communicate. My experience working with Katrina was far away the best of any realtor I have worked with. From the start, here explanation of fees and services offered was clear and thorough and I found the choices between the packages Baird offers to simple to navigate which ultimately made the choice to work with Katrina simple. The work that Katrina did, after discussing the listing price, was exceptional. From photography, description, thoroughness of communication with other realtors was exceptional. The home looked beautiful on all platforms and that skill along with her market expertise and communication ensured that I received several competitive offers and ultimately accepted an offer that greatly exceeded my own expectations for the home I loved. I can't state well enough have thankful I am to have found Baird and Katrina in particular. I've never had such a seamless home sale experience and I have recommended her to my family who will be selling their home in the next two months. If you want a personally tailored home sale or purchase experience backed by exceptional knowledge and negotiating skill, there is no need to look elsewhere.

  Jamie and Aurora at the Baird group were an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did they spend hours and hours driving all over to look at Mountain properties with me but they paid attention to what I was looking for and had great suggestions. During the home buying process they gave me space to make my own decisions but also offered their expertise.
