  I have loved living at Isabella. The location is great, the proximity to a nice walking trail is convenient, the pool is heated year round, it’s always free to rent the clubhouse, the gym is very nice, and my unit is well maintained and well designed. The new office staff handles issues efficiently and with compassion. This has been my favorite apartment complex I have lived since I moved to CO.

  Don’t move here unless you can afford to run the heater 24/7 as well as a couple space heaters. Insulation is non existent. Elderly or small children should not come here. The kitchen is a joke. We had to go grocery shopping almost daily because there wasn’t room in the pantry for dry goods. So food would have to pile on the limited counter space. Also only 2 drawers in kitchen and limited cabinet space. Any extra appliances will be piled next to the food. Residents are very smug and rude. Think “Karen” vibes. I remember my neighbor moved out because she felt she wasn’t able to enjoy community areas without drama ensuing as well as the rampant robbery happening here. I’m so grateful I moved out. Only getting 1 star because it’s aesthetically pleasing. I do miss that.

  I want to highlight how amazing our maintenance technician Caleb has been. He is incredibly professional, responsible, helpful, respectful, and kind. Every time we've had an issue in our apartment, he has responded quickly and taken care of it the right way the first time. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we feel supported, and it truly shows in the quality of his work. We appreciate everything he does and are grateful to have someone so dependable in this community!

  We move to Denver from Boston for my job and after an extensive search, Isabella Apartment Homes was our final choice. It has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. Isabella Apartment Homes, Greenwood Village gets high marks from us for the following reasons: 1). GREAT location with proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, etc AND is nestled in a quiet area allowing you a quiet place to live with convenient access to everything you need 2) AMAZING staff - if something needs repair of attention, Caleb is there within hours! But it doesn’t stop with repairs, the administrative team at Greenwood Village is by far the best I have ever encountered. If you are looking for a place with comfort and convenience led by a team of great professionals, Isabella Apartment Homes is the right choice. - Liz S.

  On October 7th I put in a maintenance request for a broken shelf in our kitchen and a broken drier. Caleb came the next day and fixed the shelf and put in a request for a new drier as well as a duct cleaning as I had mentioned the drier was taking a few cycles to dry prior to it breaking. I have lived here for a couple years and I can consistently depend on Caleb to help resolve my maintenance requests quickly and to communicate well!
