  We have been in our new apartment about 4 weeks. When we viewed the apartments we knew we liked it, high spec spacious though out. The people in the office both Janae and Steven were incredibly helpful at each stage of the process. We had a beautiful welcoming from Eric & Kaxee apartment life coordinators.

  We have been here for almost 2 years now and our family loves this community. The resident events are so awesome and fun and have created great opportunities to get to know our neighbors. On top of that, the leasing team and apartment life team have been phenomenal and kind and really do a great job with the events. Also, thank you for allowing Bloom & Brew to be a part of the events and grow within this community!

  Office staff is friendly and can be reached via email or text if they are not available in person in the office. All responses to any questions or complaints have always been dealt with promptly. Anytime we have any maintenance issue, Shane is always promptly over in our unit fixing any issues, oftentimes without even needing to submit a formal maintenance request. The biggest issues around are oftentimes due to other tenants not having respect for community property. I've always seen those issues get dealt with promptly by management and maintenance.

  This property's nice, they have nearly every amenity you can think of and just as an extra touch the property maintenance manager Shane wilson every time I even have the slightest issue he is there immediately to fix it I have asked to have wasp nest removed or lights changed and actually had him come over before I had even filled out an official maintenance request

  Really enjoy living here, The amenities are awesome, and the staff is amazing. The maintenance is also really awesome. We really appreciate Shane, He seems to always go above and beyond with any issues that we have with our apartment. And is always on top of it in a very timely matter. He’s very kind and friendly as well. I really only have one gripe with this place in the form of the trash situation. Still always trash bags piled up in front of the trashcan because it is not big enough to accommodate the entire complex. But besides that that place is near perfect, and I would live here again and again.
