  Casey and Eric made and set up a warm, inviting, delicious, and fun Christmas cookie decorating party!!! I love this Apartment Living couple! They welcomed the caroling group with open arms! Thank you for letting them come! The kids sang beautifully and got their project done for choir!! Stephen Thank you for letting the high school students come sing at the cookie party! It all went smoothly. Jena and Kaylee I love you both too!! Merry Christmas

  We have lived here for a couple of months now and absolutely love it. The amenities are top tier, the bbq spaces are wicked and the staff when we were going through the process of leasing and moving were a 10/10. Our surrounding neighborhoods are wonderful and the units are massive and well layed out. Bathrooms are massive and they have tons of storage throughout the unit. All in all after 3 months of living here we are still so happy we chose Preimier at west park to call home and highly reccomend this complex to people looking for a place to call home.

  I just moved into this apartment and have so far been so impressed. The leasing team is absolutely incredible. They are patient, understanding, and just go above and beyond in every aspect. The lease is very easy to read and understand and they are very accommodating towards the rules. The fees are minimal The apartment complex is absolutely beautiful. It's located within walking distance to so many great shops and businesses. The complex is well lit, safe at night, and overall so friendly. There seems to be a lot of young people and pets here which is great. The grounds are really well maintained with lots of little walking paths, it is extremely clean, and just a great beautiful little area. This area is extremely safe and quiet! They host a lot of community events which is really fun :) The only con I've seen so far is parking is not in abundance. You really have to be vigilant about when you leave or else you're going to be parking a little far away. Unless its pretty early or before the work rush gets off. Thankfully I work at home and don't leave much so that's a big benefit. Buf I usually have to park by a different building if I am not timely. I do wish there were more reserved parking spots because I would pay extra for those. There are garages but I tried to park in the garage and my car just BARELY will fit and its kind of questionable how tight it is. I only have an SUV. So I'm going to have to be pretty careful when parking. But I'm very grateful for the options and to even have that ability of a garage right next to my building is extremely great. A big huge plus is the no breed restrictions. We have a 12 year old unfixed German Shepherd. Finding any apartment that will accept him is almost impossible. They were extremely kind and very welcoming towards our pets. And are pro esa animals. Which is a huge benefit. It's not the dogs fault they are what they are so having a home that openly accepts all types of dogs is just amazing. The apartments themselves are very clean, modern, and absolutely beautiful. They don't feel cheaply built at all. The appliances are pretty modern, the washers and dryers some may consider out of date but other than thay they function great and are still pretty good :) the cabinets are HUGE and offer so much storage. The ceilings are very tall and make the space feel huge. I love all of the smart aspects to the apartment as well. You can unlock your door from your phone, change your thermostat and even turn on and off lights. Having the front door trash pickup is great too. They provide you a trash can and come pick it up at your door 6 times a week! Can you ask for any better?! It's also extremely quiet in your own apartment. You really don't hear anyone or even other pets, you can't hear your neighbors at all sometimes its a little weird how quiet it is, which is a great thing to say! I can't say anything super about the maintenance team yet but because I haven't really needed them, everything is perfect so far. The bathrooms are absolutely gigantic too, same with the closets its kind of crazy how big they are. The rooms are spacious and really large too! So far this apartment is absolutely amazing. I truly hope more people give this home the opportunity because its incredible. The staff make it that much more special. Anyone who comes here will fall in love, because its beautiful inside and out! 🤍
