I was so close to actually becoming homeless… I know it sounds over dramatic but believe me when I say Broadveiw Apt. really is an incredible place to live and really worked out for me. Shortly after I moved in I unexpectedly became extremely ill and if it had not been for Broadveiw Apts. I don’t know if I’d have survived my illness. Just knowing I had a wonderful place & neighbors to come “HOME” to was such a comforting factor in my recovery. I say “THANK YOU” for Broadveiw Apartments!!!
- SWSuzanne WirriesJun 14, 20215.0Although this is a 40 year old apartment bldg, I feel that the owner does a very good job taking care of this older property. The management is suburb, if you have a problem in your apartment it is taken care of within 24 hours. There are no dishwasher, air conditioners or laundry facilities within the apartment, although there is a laundry facility on the second floor of each building. we have a library, a large kitchen for get togethers and the landscaping is well maintained. Prices are based on 30% of your income.
