  This place is a dump. The most depressing place I have ever seen for seniors to live. Cold and uninviting. Building has not had a remodel in decades. Elevator is not up to code and poses a danger to residents. Manager Grace runs this place like a concentration camp. Every resident I've spoken to has told me she is rude, cold, unfeeling and only there for her coveted pay check. I have personally overheard her telling residents that they aren't permitted to "loiter" in the halls to visit with each other, that she will be getting rid of the lenders library they have cultivated, and that they shouldn't be playing board games or puzzles on the 3rd floor past 7 PM. They refuse to allow tenants to have a personal use community board or form bunco or game groups. Front doors are always malfunctioning and make it almost impossible for residents to get out safely. No handicap buttons for the walker and wheelchair bound residents. As recently as 2 weeks ago she was overtly threatening residents that if they didn't pass inspection they would be fined and evicted before the new owners take over in March. I have extensive experience in working with seniors, elders and housing, I've never seen anyone like her. She is unbelievably unkind to these individuals, and I have contemplated reporting her to Adult Protective Services. The flooring is rotting on the 2nd and 3rd floor, it bows and is squishy in spots from unrepaired water damage. I will be reporting this building to the health department and the building department of Greeley as it is unfit for residency. You can smell the black mold in the laundry room. Washing machines were soo poorly maintained they broke down all the time and had an putrid smell. Bathrooms are not handicap accessible for wheelchair bound individuals, kitchens are so tiny residents cannot prep food in them easily. Zero insulation or sound proofing and the heating system is so loud within the walls it keeps my clients awake at night. Maintenance man is often found harassing residents and was caught on camera by my client entering their apartment after they left the complex. The entire situation feels extremely unsafe for residents.

  Broadveiw Apartment’s in Greeley, Colorado Manager Grace really was a Godsend for me!!! I was so close to actually becoming homeless… I know it sounds over dramatic but believe me when I say Broadveiw Apt. really is an incredible place to live and really worked out for me. Shortly after I moved in I unexpectedly became extremely ill and if it had not been for Broadveiw Apts. I don’t know if I’d have survived my illness. Just knowing I had a wonderful place & neighbors to come “HOME” to was such a comforting factor in my recovery. I say “THANK YOU” for Broadveiw Apartments!!!

  Although this is a 40 year old apartment bldg, I feel that the owner does a very good job taking care of this older property. The management is suburb, if you have a problem in your apartment it is taken care of within 24 hours. There are no dishwasher, air conditioners or laundry facilities within the apartment, although there is a laundry facility on the second floor of each building. we have a library, a large kitchen for get togethers and the landscaping is well maintained. Prices are based on 30% of your income.
