I have tried and tried to get simple information from him such as costs of certain models, together with standard options and upgrade options, but am unable to do so. In today's business climate where transparency is highly valued, he falls way short and will hide the ball from you. I wouldn't trust him, especially when there are other Clayton Home dealers in the geographical area.

All she wanted to do was talk about how much the cost was going to be. Treat us like we couldn't & would never be able to afford any of there places. Acted like she had better things to do & ignored questions we asked like she didn't even hear them. Was pushy about smaller places than we were looking for. She was so rude to us & I wouldn't recommend anyone to go through them but if they do I hope they have a better experience with Karen than we did.
