  I just moved into Miners Mesa, and I am so glad to be here. The property manager was very helpful and timely to give me a tour, answer all of my questions, and schedule maintenance when concerns arose. My apartment was clean when I arrived and I love the layout. The apartment features big windows and a great living room to have people over. I love the location as it is walking distance from downtown Golden, the School of Mines, and nearby walking trails.

  These people are crooks. They charged me $640 just to fill out an application even though I stated I didnt want the apartment when they informed me of the fee.... They made it seem like they'd wave the fee because I was backing out when I first applied BEFORE I WAS APPROVED. absolute crooks. The property manager wont even get back to me. DO NOT RENT HERE. In response to the owners response below. I was informed of the process yes. When I was made aware of that, I told the women on the phone that I would like to not apply then. She then said "well what if we give you until friday, I can hold on to your application til then" this made it seem to me like she was giving me an exception and manipulated the conversation. She knew how I felt about the nonrefundable deposit and made it seem like she was lifting the restriction there while I figured things out with my roommate. I'm not an idiot- I know what she did. I stand by what I say, ya'll are crooks. Also, I called and left messages several times. I have absolutely not missed ANY phone calls from you people. I even tried to call again yesterday and got the same corporate style voicemail. lies. Greed.

  I'm calling from golden arms to report water 2feet or less from flooding into building B your emergency maintenance line is "Off"

  This was the coolest place I’ve ever lived. It’s close to everything, I even sold my car because I could walk to so much. The management company was super helpful and even mailed something to me across the country that I had left behind. 10/10 would recommend living here.
