  Wouldn't park where it's not well lit. I am not a resident. I was visiting someone who is and things were stolen from my truck

  The new apartment manager Gabe is excellent. He always answers the phone and is very accommodating. He answers the inquiries the best he can and I always feel that I got the information I needed. He is pleasant on the phone and cheerful. The people before him were horrible at customer service. I used to dread calling Miners Mesa Property Manager because I know they will just give me the round-around. Whenever I needed some info, it would take 10 calls (not exaggerating!) before I get the answer I’m looking for, that is if I get lucky and actually got the answers. And if they actually answer the phone call! Golden Arms, you got it right by hiring Gabe! He is definitely an asset to your company. He is definitely an upgrade from the last managers. Keep Gabe happy!

  Just moved in and am happy I found this place. The apartment is nice and the location is great. Gabe was helpful and responsive when answering my questions and helping through the move in process

  Management is supposed to be here 3 days out of the week. Yet every time I come in they are not here. I’ve had to call the fire department to come disarm a malfunctioning carbon monoxide detector that was going off for 30 minutes straight at 5 AM. Constant electrical issues. Only one room has air-conditioning. The bedroom and living room both have no overhead lighting. I’ve lived here for over three weeks and still do not have a key for my mailbox.
