  I did not know Steve at all when I found him through a random search online for a real estate agent, but now have found what I hope may be a lifelong friend. I did not want to sell my house at all, but had to as a result of my heartbreaking career termination. Steve was immediately sensitive and kind to my situation and emotions. He told me exactly what to expect, when to expect it, and how to deal with it: from staging the house to understanding the loan process to dealing with the buyer and his agent. Steve arranged and/or navigated all house showings, appraisals, inspections, surveys, title company expectations and requirements; unexpected issues with the buyer's loan, his agent, my relator in another state, and sparky attitudes anywhere and everywhere immediately as they were delivered from anyone ( including me); helped me with physical struggles moving furniture, financial fatigue, and even helped me through a stress-related medical problem. He answered every single text or phone call within ten minutes, no matter where he was or what he was doing. I never could have imagined a real estate agent could wear so many hats, but Steve's heart shines through every interaction- no matter how major or minor. Steve got the job done as quickly as possible, and earlier than expected, to get me reunited with my husband who had to unexpectedly take a job out of state (due to the circumstances of my dismissal). Despite serving as an English teacher for the past 18 years, words fail to succinctly deliver the professionalism, kindness, and actual servitude I have experienced in knowing Steve Carter over the last few months. I cannot imagine a better blessing than finding this real estate agent, and certainly could expect to find no better friend from such luck. There is absolutely nobody better than Steve Carter to help with real estate needs... and so much more. I'm eternally grateful.

  Very knowledgeable and didn't try to push us into homes that weren't right. We have bought multiple homes with him since moving here in 2020.

  We chose Steve as a buyers agent based on a referral and he was great to work with. Thorough, fast and efficient. The whole process to purchase was streamlined and we even closed early! Great experience and looking forward to building our portfolio with Steve as our agent!
