  Beautiful community! We love living in Fountain and The Garrison has made it feel that much more like home. Jodi the manager is amazing and you can tell she really cares about the people living here.

  I love living here the views are beautiful the interior is perfect. The office has been doing events for us residents and they have been amazing in every way. Whenever I have an issue with something which is very rare but the maintenance team is always on point and quick. The atmosphere is just perfect here with all the friendly pets and it makes the dog parks a lot more lovable and fun. Thank you so much for everything.

  Honestly dreaded living here, no smoking on the property yet all you smell is marijuana. Gated community yet the gates never worked. the back gate worked sometimes the front was always open. Dog poop EVERYWHERE and it’s disgusting. Personally living here was a waste of money for me, expensive rent for “luxury” and there’s nothing luxury about it. The pool was beautiful when it was actually opened, it was closed often this past year because people don’t know how to take care of it.

  From the day I moved in there were two rats occupying the apartment and upon asking for a pest control exterminator to come out, he did not as the work order was closed. He then came out the next day and requested that I give him a 5 star for his service when the rats are still here and still pooping inside of the apartment. The backyard/patio has dog feces imprinted into the concrete and the astro turf provided reeks of dog urine and they will not do anything to remediate it. The property refuses to take care of simple tasks before someone moves in. Would not recommend living here as they support filthy habits and living conditions. *FOLLOWING THEIR RESPONSE* I do not wish to reach back out because when I did I was gaslit throughout the entire phone call. The staff lacks critical thinking skills and the ability to be reasonable. Thanks for the fake follow up!

  I’ve had such a great experience at this apartment complex so far. The entire transition was smooth and stress-free, and a big part of that is thanks to Yarlyn in the leasing office. She gets things done in a timely manner and truly follows through on what she says she will do. The leasing team genuinely cares about their tenants and is always responsive to emails and questions. It makes such a difference knowing that communication is clear and that concerns are handled quickly. Moving can be overwhelming, but they made the process easy and welcoming. I’m really happy with my decision to live here and appreciate the professionalism and support from the leasing office!
