  0 stars if possible. Lived at a duplex through them for almost a year, Lisa is the most unprofessional, impossible to reach landlord you will ever encounter. She does not care about her tenants, as she leaves work earlier than 11am. How are you open at 8:30am and leave two hours later? Stolen items due to lack of communication about when cleaners were arriving as well. Will NEVER rent through them again.

  Like another reviewer said, it’s hard to like anything about their HOA. There was no follow through from our HOA rep either. Emily was nice but instead of resolving the issues, she made them worse.

  Just moved into one of there residential homes and the experience has been great! The staff that I have talked with so far has been nice and helpful. All moved in and there were a couple of check list items that I noticed from the previous tenant and Touchstone fixed them right away. If this is the service that is happening already, I’m looking forward to staying with Touchstone for a long time. I would recommend this company to anyone.

  The staff is rude. Almost purposefully indignant when speaking with you. The company hasn't crawled into the 21st century and has no online paying options. If you have an issue on a weekend GOOD LUCK getting your furnace, water heater, AC, Whatever it may be fixed until they send someone out to verify you're not lying about your issue on Monday. They are the definition of unprofessional. If you like the place they have, that's fine, just don't expect them to care about you or any issues you encounter while you are under their management.
