My rent from August 2025 through the end of July 2026 is $1600 for a one bedroom apartment at the junction. At that price it would be nice if staff could actually reply to tenant emails in timely fashion.

I toured the apartments. The apartments were okay but when I showed up during the "open house" no one was there, just an AI app and chat bot that is ill prepared to answer the questions I needed to ask. (E.g. rental requirements, roommate match processes). They also said their would be a raffle but I don't know if it was held. Their sister property the alpine had people present, better amenities, cheaper prices, sooner availability. Again there was supposed to be a raffle there but I'm not sure if it really happened as I was told they get to me last night and they didn't.

⭐ 1/5 — This place is dishonest, unsafe, and disorganized. PLEASE don’t move here. I lived at The Junction Apartments for a year, and the number of problems we experienced is honestly unbelievable. If you care about your money, your sanity, or your safety, please read this. 1. They lost our rent THREE TIMES — and people had to pay twice. We paid rent three different ways during our lease: • mailed a check • handed a check directly to the office • and paid online Somehow, every time, management still managed to “lose” our check. First time it happened, they said the check was delivered to a building behind them because they have the same address. Which they should fix if it’s an issue. The second time, they said it was handed to them but misplaced. The third time they said, they were changing management team and the old team didn’t hand over the checks. So what did the new team do? They sent a mass email to everyone saying we had past due rent. Our rent was $2,000, so this was a huge scare. Luckily, I always save the cashiers check receipts so we had proof. But unfortunately those who didn’t were asked to pay again. This is so unprofessional and disorganized whatsoever. Instead of sending a professional email explaining the situation of the old management’s fault out an email saying that we still owe rent, which is insane. Watching people get financially punished because the office can’t do their job was honestly sickening. No one should ever have to worry about paying rent twice because of management’s incompetence. 2. Package theft is constant Package theft is a known issue here — everyone talks about it. After my second package being stolen, I went to the leasing office to talk about it, and their exact words were : “There’s nothing we can do about it. It’s a repetitive occurrence here” Anyways so I went and install cameras outside of my apartment door. This is the SAME office that doesn’t allow tenants to screw anything into the walls but since they couldn’t do anything about my problem. I went and took matters in my own hand. Anyways, best believe that was the last time any of my packages ever got stolen! A different time one of my packages got delivered while I was at work. So I called the leasing office and asked if they could hold onto my package. They said, they weren’t allowed to do that but if I give them permission to go into my apartment to bring in my package that they could do that. So I agreed and proceeded to give them permission. When I got home my package was still sitting in my front porch! I don’t really understand why they offer to do something when they’re not going to even follow through it. So basically: • They provide no package lockers, • They offer no secure delivery options, • They don’t help protect deliveries or follow through with their offers. 3. Maintenance ignored our leaking tub for months — and WE paid for it.Our bathtub faucet leaked nonstop and never fully turned off. This sent our water bill through the roof. Maintenance visits went like this: • Visit 1: They went in when I wasn’t home and checked the wrong thing entirely (the sink and not the tub) and said “no issue.” • Visit 2: Tried to fix it, failed. • Visit 3: Someone came in and said the entire building would need to be shut down for six hours and turn off the water system. They explained it was going be a big thing to fix the leaking faucet and promised to return the next day. He never came back, we would see the maintenance guy flowering the plants but never came back. Two weeks passed by and nothing. When we complained, the office admitted many apartments had the same issue and they were “getting to them slowly.” Meanwhile: • Our monthly payment jumped from $1,700 to $2,000. ( due to the water bill ALONE) • The cold water kept getting shut off for many hours during the day, forcing us to use ONLY hot water. Everyone knows using just hot water spikes your bill 2x. It felt completely unfair.
