This guy is always smiling with a great attitude and fixes everything extremely fast and well. Very knowledgeable and is willing to get dirty to do what is needed for the job. Puts the resident first and is a model of what a great worker/person is.

- EFErin FlynnMar 31, 20262.0This place only gets 2 stars because of mason!! I’ve been living here for about 3 years now and mason has been the maintenance guy for all my problems. He’s so kind and personable. He’s also so quick with what he does. Mason is definitely the best thing about this place. The office staff is generally nice but they don’t care nor will they help with any problems. They changed management a little bit ago and it has been nothing but awful. They pretty much cleaned house of all the employees that actually cared about their tenants. It is extremely hard to contact the office, they also don’t give any notice to anything that is going on including the office being closed for like a week. The apartments themselves are decent but the area within the complex is trashed. The roads are awful. I remember seeing an employee put little dog houses on the doggie trash bins outside and thinking to myself “is that what we really care about with all the stuff going on within this complex” (including multiple apartments burning down within a few months that were not caused by residents). A month or so ago I was getting multiple text notifications about getting evicted and that I owed money. I went into the office to see what was going on because I know I paid my rent. They explained that the machine that processes money orders was down. How about you send a notice of that instead of eviction. I’m counting down the days till I move out.
