They had a pattern of incompetence before we moved in, during our two years, and after we moved out. It was like dealing with teenagers where you aren’t sure what they said is true and you have no idea if they’re gonna show up/follow through with what they had said. My recommendation for working with them would be to make sure things are in writing, and if you have a call with their staff, send a follow up email to itemize the important claims or actions they agreed to, and expect things to not happen unless YOU follow through to help them do their job.
