  I have not moved in yet, thus far my experience has all been by way of communication with the leasing team. They have been super responsive and helpful. I am moving from out of state and have had tons of questions and requests for photos of different apartments. Thomas has been amazing and has went above and beyond. He was able to get into the apartments and share views along with helping me to decide which location would be best for me. I was able to make a decision and I am so excited to be making my move to the Landing at Lemay.

  I've never had an apartment respond so quickly, Thomas was on top of everything. The property looks great, definitely a top contender.

  I did a virtual tour with my partner a few weeks ago, and we are excited to move forward with an application! Thomas was super helpful and answered all our questions! Looking forward to new beginnings!

  The Landing at Lemay is a beautiful community with amenities that will absolutely spoil residents. But that's not what this review is about. I wanted to express my gratitude and deep appreciation to two people in the leasing office who blew my expectations out of the water. My tour was on a rainy day and I was quite worried about getting around in my wheelchair, since the wheels get slippery and difficult to push in wet-weather conditions. Thomas was an absolute ANGEL helping me navigate the neighborhood and was so kind and courteous answering my (many) questions. He also went out of his way to ask me how they could improve the accessibility of the community for those with mobility limitations. That kind of question is such a rarity for folks with disabilities, and even though it's a very simple ask, I can probably count on two hands the number of times someone sought my perspective on accessibility. It meant the world to me and made me even more excited to become a resident. (For the record, I didn't have any advice to give, because the neighborhood is incredibly accessible already). I have lived in many apartments in Fort Collins where their "accessibility" features BARELY meet the minimum standards for a person in a wheelchair, and when I made very simple requests to improve conditions I'm often met with disdain and/or indifference. It was really refreshing and heartening to meet someone who actually expressed care for my needs without even being asked. More complexes and administrators/landlords should model themselves after those at The Landing at Lemay! Then, when there was some confusion in the application process, Samantha jumped in, kept in touch, and helped me understand the process without hesitation. There was a bit of urgency in resolving the approval hang up, and instead of leaving me in the dark, Samantha stayed ON TOP of getting things resolved. Again, there was no obligation for Samantha to do this for me, but it was such a king, reassuring, and comforting thing to do. What could have otherwise been an immensely frustrating experience has instead felt easy and relatively seamless. Seriously, these two deserve a raise and a promotion! I'm really looking forward to becoming a resident because, even before stepping a foot into my new home, I felt welcomed and valued. If you're on the fence about checking these apartments out, DO IT. You won't regret it!
