- AJAmber Jaye6 days ago1.0Awful company. I've rented from them for a while now, they are extremely uncaring and unresponsive to any concerns about the property. When they do respond, they are rude and condescending. Mindy in particular is always unpleasant to deal with. Apartments themselves are old and poorly maintained. My carpet and bathroom were disgusting when I moved in.
