  I lived at The Bridges Townhomes for over 2 years and I miss living there everyday! It was our first time renting, and the staff was very welcoming and always responsive, including maintenance. The only downside was that there was no AC at the property, but for the price it was an amazing place to live.

  Awful company. I've rented from them for a while now, they are extremely uncaring and unresponsive to any concerns about the property. When they do respond, they are rude and condescending. Mindy in particular is always unpleasant to deal with. Apartments themselves are old and poorly maintained. My carpet and bathroom were disgusting when I moved in.

  Overall, OKAY experience. Three-Four stars because I'm not comparing it to the nicer (and more expensive) places available. The place was absolutely filthy when we moved in, and the carpets were disgusting and smelly. They said they cleaned it, but they definitely didn't. I don't think we would have found mugs in the cabinets if it was cleaned thoroughly. We definitely noted all of this filth in detail on the check-in form, which probably came in handy later. The neighbors' cigarette smoke would often come through our single-paned, leaky windows, and their dog was loud and terrifying. It would be nice if the rental company did a little more thorough investigation of the dogs they were allowing. Maybe a pet interview? But at least they are pet friendly, which is a huge plus! Maintenance was usually responsive, however, there was one incident that docked this review an entire star (at least). We lived there two years, and each year the downstairs toilets in our row of townhomes backed up (3100 Azalea, FYI). Our neighbors said this happened yearly!! The second time this happened, it was a Saturday, so we called the emergency line to report toilet water all over the linoleum, seeping through the walls and onto the carpet. It smelled awful. No one came out until SUNDAY MORNING, and that was only because we called multiple times that morning. Yes, I understand that it was the weekend and that you needed to call a plumber, but your responsibility as a landlord is to make sure an emergency is dealt with immediately, no matter what time! Plumber doesn't come out? Call another one. There are plenty in Fort Collins. In the end, they did clean the carpets, so at least they took responsibility. At move out, we scrubbed the place for at least 8 hours. We were there when they did the inspection (a must) and took tons of pictures. For all this work, we received nearly our entire deposit back. For the price, I would rent from them again. But just don't expect too much. They are at least 100 times better than MyHouse!
