  I called for some information & Tracey was incredibly helpful! She took the time to go over necessary details with me & included specific questions that I will need to have answered by the local county to continue on my building projects. Tracey was very thorough, detailed & informative, and made sure I have a good understanding of what we are getting into. My husband & I are looking forward to working more with this location on our project goals!

  Tracy went above and beyond in helping me make an educated purchase of my new mobile home! She was very friendly, had an answer for all of my concerns and questions, and treated me like family the moment i arrived, thank you for an amazing experience! 10/10 recommend to everyone

  I have been involved with the manufactured home industry in Colorado since 1995. (38 years). First as a sales associate, then a sales manager for 3 independent dealerships, then as an independent dealer and broker. For the last 15 years I have consulted for park owners in 4 states. I went to the Clayton dealership last week and was welcomed by Tracy Johnson, the Clayton Center Manager. I was so impressed with her, the office and model homes. Tracy is warm, friendly, and very professional. Her commitment to excellence is very evident. From the cleanliness of her office and all her model homes, to the professional staging made for an excellent experience. I realized that her 9 years of experience in the industry gave her extensive knowledgeable in all aspects. Explaining in detail the features and benefits of the home's energy efficiencies, quality building materials, upgraded appliances and more. She also took the time go over all the available financing sources including local banks to the choices of communities in the surrounding areas. It was refreshing to me after so many years in the industry to meet someone so passionate and qualified in what they do to serve the home buyer. I have already referred 2 clients to her dealership!
