  Allen is the best. His response rate is amazingly fast. He never leaves a job undone. We are very fortunate to have him here to fix any issues that arise. And Manny is awesome too!

  The leasing office staff, especially Brookelynn, were great. No issues there. The issue lies with the builder and ultimately whoever it was that did the walkthrough of this unit and signed off on it. There are large masses of grout or some comparable substance all over the deck, the front door stoop pops loudly when walked on and has a sticky substance all over it, there are similar spots of that grout throughout the house on the floors, as well as paint spots - everywhere. The stairs are arguably the worst. The sealing compound used along the joints is cracked on both sides - every step. The mid-landing is warped so bad the gap along the baseboard is at least a half inch. Additionally, the closet frame-out in one of the guest bedrooms is so skewed there is a inch gap at the bottom when the door is snug at the top, the 1/2 bath door won't latch closed, and there is no toilet roll holder in that bathroom. I could keep going like talking about the smears of clear silicone caulk on the granite island, but I think you've got the point. The thing is, there are a lot of great things about this unit, but when so many easy fix things are left unfixed we're now left to wonder what things did they half-ass that we can't see.

  We moved in a week ago and we love it here! The leasing office team is super helpful and maintenance is on top of it at all times. So far living here has been the best decision, will update if anything changes :)

  We are new to the area and are exploring the Collier’s community. Brookelynn has been incredibly helpful and patient during this process for us. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy and comfortable in our future new home. We are very pleased with this experience so far and would recommend BB Living Collier’s Hill to anyone.
