And start charging me more money. They are not responsible. Very bad customer service.now I have to go to court to get my money back.

I have called 4 times to find out why they are rejecting my payments and their response is they have known issues with Wells Fargo which is a major bank. Every time I have to make a payment I have to use bill pay vs. their website. THEY SUCK!!!! I can't wait for rates to drop so I can refinance and get out from under this dumb company!
