  Lived here for a year, we have had multiple leaks, roof falling in, fridge and freezer goes out every month, none of the screens fit on windows. The leaks caused MOLD that we tested for and were positive. The plumbing people that came to fix it even admitted it was mold. Front office staff denied and refused to help us so many times! do not move in unless you want to be breathing in painted over mold.

  This is a great complex, with clean and well thought out apartment designs. Management is always available during office hours and is very professional and attentive. The maintenance staff is great! The complex is always well maintained. A bonus is the Willow Creek open space and trails adjacent to the apartment, great for hiking, biking and dog walking. I bought a home, otherwise I would be still living there.

  We’ve been living at Villas at Homestead for almost a year now, and we’ve had such a great experience! The property is always kept in great shape, and they’ve made several updates to the common areas since we moved in. It is also very affordable compared to other similar apartments we toured in the area when leasing. The staff is amazing—really friendly and always on top of things. Any maintenance requests we’ve had were taken care of really quickly. The neighborhood feels safe, and honestly, we’ve never had a better apartment experience. We’re definitely planning to renew our lease and stay here until we’re ready to buy a house. Couldn’t recommend it more!
