  Let me start off by making sure I review is not to trash talk or to give false statements on this property. My name is Asa, I don't reside at Sunridge Apartments, but I use to back in 1986. My friend has just moved in to these apartments and after almost 35 years I have been back inside the apartment. Brought back a flood of memories some good and bad. I'm not going to get into every little thing that I seen since I only spent about 6 hours there and it was all at night and I only saw 1 other resident . That being said, for the price of apartments in Denver right now it's a good bargain not many places have 4 bedrooms apartments and if you find one that isn't a house you're paying for some body's entire family generation to live the good life. I was 13 back in 86 and the rent their on a 4 bedroom was only $410! Crazy to even think how that was but it was. So fast forward to now, and the price that is being charged to live their seams a little high ,and I'll tell you why. And remember this is just my opinion. And it could change over the next few days. But from reading all the reviews you would have to think some of them are giving good solid reviews with blinders on. How can someone not see the same things that are in the bad reviews? They all say how easy it was to move in, theirs a reason for that. And they like the management theirs a reason for that, and of course they like the fixer guy. But the bad reviews mention core issues and don't really care either way about the employees their.The Roach problem is nothing new. I was just blown away on how bad it is. Here's why ,I had all the lights off in the apartment we were all in the master bedroom and at about 3am I took my flashlight and walked the entire place, this was the first day of the move and nothing was unpacked. The roaches were out and they were many.And not only in the kitchen area but in every room bathroom and just out of control. So it makes me think that before the move in the place was not bombed and the residents onthe right and on top surly are infested. From what I could tell the place was only painted, painted white everywhere. I spotted a few other things that were not a standard that I think should be for the price. But I need to be there during the day and during some weekends. By then I should have photos and videos to go with my reviews.

  My wife and I have had a wonderful experience living at sun ridge apartments. Rhonda the manager is super helpful and on top of any questions, concerns, and issues encompassing all aspects one should expect from exceptional quality management. By far the best manager we have ever had!

  You need to do something about your tenants blasting bass til 2 am. Also stop your tenants' kids from vandalizing the property of tenants in an entirely different complex?! Bass again so loud you can feel in the entire house of entirely different complex too!!! Started at 8pm and hasn't stopped it is now after 10. Fix the fencing that divides the properties to deter further vandalism?!
