  Boy para 4 años viviendo en estos apartamentos, nada es como se ve, cuando firmas el contrato crees que todo es bonito, pero después poco a poco se va destruyendo el apartamento y nunca lo arreglan, una de las que trabajan en la oficina nos cobró doble una vez incluso estando el contrato renovado y nos cobro según ella por no aver renovado teniendo Yo pruevas de todo. Rentas pagadas contrato renovado con esas pruebas agarre abogado. y no quisieron ir a corté. tengo Medio piso todo destruido que no lo vienen arreglar. un closet sin puerta. Ya me canse dé hablar a la oficina y dar mis reportes porque nunca hacen nada. Ahora lo peor es que arriba hay un perro y ahí vive afuera en el balcón ahí hace sus necesidades y lavan y todo me cae abajo.. Toda su basura me cae Ami. Huele tan feo. y la oficina no hace nada. tengo inquilinos que les vale todo són muy desmadrosos puercos

  My wife and I have had a wonderful experience living at sun ridge apartments. Rhonda the manager is super helpful and on top of any questions, concerns, and issues encompassing all aspects one should expect from exceptional quality management. By far the best manager we have ever had!

  I've been living her for a while now and it used to be bad to the point were i was going to start to look for somewhere new to live. However with the new management of Betsy and Elizabeth it has changed the whole place and I'm loving it!

  I moved into these apartments about 6 months ago and the process was so quick and easy! Elizabeth and Betsy were very helpful. Dave is a great maintenance man as well! Highly recommended!
