He was able to identify the problem quickly and resolve within a matter of minutes. Afterwards, he asked if there were any other concerns or questions about the property; he educated me on proper techniques to prepare my sprinkler system for the upcoming winter and made other helpful suggestions. He was kind, courteous, and above all genuine in his approach. I hope Progress continues to hire individuals such as Mr. Alvarez.

I got approved for a property a month ago, my move-out date @ current residence is set for Friday and after numerous attempts through emails and phone calls nothing was ever accomplished, but today they had the nerves to email me a deposit holding agreement to sign and send $$. Sorry not sorry, get your communication in order, and stop using out of state 3rd parties to help with the processing cause they are not on the same page. The whole thing seemed like a total scam.. you going to have a family homeless waiting on your process. Better yet just list your company as a scammer.
- SHSolana HillOct 31, 20252.0Applied the first day a property was listed, submitted all my documents and got a conditional approval within a day from their third party verification company (payscore). Yet my application still showed pending on Progress’ applicant portal. They stated that it takes up to 72hrs for their screening to be completed. During that time the home process fluctuated over $200 more per month and the price per month is still going up today. I believe they intentionally list homes below market to draw people in to pay application fees and the like, then by the time they are approved, the price of the home is so high it’s not practical for the applicants. Overall, Very shady business practices. Such a disappointment.
