They are quick to charge your rent but very very slow when it comes to repairs. The AC unit at the house has broken twice in a year. First time waited a day for the service people to contact us even tho temperatures were in the 80s. Right now Feb 28, AC broke again 2 days ago. We have been sleeping in 80+ degree weather and still no sign from the technician. Thecostumer service people only say I have to wait to be contacted. I asked if I could bring my own AC tech and they said they won't refund. Absolutely ridiculous service. U

The accessibility to store and restraunts is on point. But the safety and customer service is a 3. The only reason why it is not a 1 is because of the accessibility. I was blamed for kids destroying a court house that was not even my fault because I did not call the police on neighborhood kids that were destroying it. By the way the kids were 5 - 10 years old and the courthouse did not have a camera. There was a shooting at a house across from me. Someone rammed there car into some else's house. People leave trash all over the place. The 3D tour for the new renters shows trash everywhere so I do not know who well be renting out the house we stayed in anytime soon. The appliances were all from dollar depot as I was calling someone out almost every single week when I first got to the house. Half of are security deposit got taken away from us and we got no itemized list of what we were charged for when I asked for it. Horrible place to live but at least I had a roof over my head for 2 years. Also there is no one in the court house and it might eliminate some of the problems if progress got someone to work for them and sit inside the court house for at least part of the day to keep surveillance over the neighborhood instead of just closing it to the public and not letting anyone us it. Y'all already got rid of the pool because it was to much money to up keep. P.S I would of been happy to sit in that little court house for a price and watch over the neighborhood part time.

I wish I would’ve been in such a hurry to find a place to live because I never would’ve rented from progress residential. This place is gross. They painted over dirt and grime. They did a horrible cocking job the floors they redid, but they are in horrible shape. It’s just a dirty house and we clean it all the time and it’s just nasty and I’ll never rent from them again plus their customer service sucks. In the future for you all know what you’re getting into and do not rent. They have added fees oh if you have your own renters insurance They will still charge you because you’re not using their rental insurance. Stay away. Their main office is out of state and they always wanna know why things are so expensive in Colorado dumb.

I have had some issues with progress as a whole which made me want to go lower in my review.
However, Krystle Snider eventually took lead on my issues and worked diligently to ensure things were taken care of for me and my family.
Her support, professionalism, and care ensured I was able to continue to provide a safe and comfortable home for my children.
She even followed up with me after I moved and checked in.
She is a gem, and I hope you receive the same level of care and effort that she was able to provide for us.
