Not only did he handle the fix quickly and professionally, he also took the time to share some really interesting history about the house. He’s incredibly friendly, engaging, and even dog-friendly — our pup loved him. It’s not often you meet someone who brings both skill and genuine personality to their work, but DJ does exactly that. Progress is lucky to have him on their team, and I truly hope they keep him around and reward him with some well-deserved bonuses. Great experience all around!
