  Use caution. If they advertise laundry in unit along with photos, that doesn’t mean they work or will help ensure you have working units. I picked in the filters only apts with laundry units, not just hook up’s. They even show images of washer and dryer but neither work and only thing they offer to do is remove them. If I could get out of the lease now I would, being financially strapped I never even made an appointment with any that didn’t have laundry units but since first time renting apts never thought to test them at the tour. I feel set up and taken advantage of. The maintenance man they sent to remove it said the dryer never could have worked as the plug wasn’t the right one for the dryer. Again feel they put the units in to rent it and could care less what I’m to do now.

  I recently had an interaction with Elicia, and I must say, I was impressed by the level of her professionalism and customer service. She answered all of my questions about the property and location. She was quite pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend Laureate to anyone looking for a reliable rental company. When calling, ask for Elicia!

  I was really nervous about finding a good rental. Elicia showed me multiple locations. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She let me take my time.I haven’t made up my mind yet but it was nice to not feel pressured- thanks Elicia!

  Laureate has been awesome to work with while searching for a rental in Denver’s competitive market. Elicia and Oliver have been the best! They are responsive, great listeners, and really care about finding the right fit for both property owners and renters.   Rented a property on Valentia Street through Laureate for 1 year and both the move-in and move-out process was horrendous. We were told the carpets would be cleaned and the house would be cleaned/painted. None of this happened. We had to scramble to get them to send someone up to clean (it was only marginally better) before we could move in. We cleaned the carpets and touched up paint around the house ourselves. Upon move out, $2200 was taken from our $3800 security deposit and for what? Painting/fixing drywall when the house was never painted and it was documented that it wasn't upon move in both in writing and with photographs that were sent to Laureate. We were charged for cleaning the 10 year old carpet that were stained and not cleaned before we moved in. We were charged $600 alone for "lightly cleaning scratches" on the railings. Seriously? These charges came after we had cleaned the carpets ourselves and hired cleaners to do a deep clean after we had moved out. Of course, all of the work being ordered and paid for came from the landlord's realtor just as he was putting the home on the market to sell. We reached out to Laureate, the landlord, and the landlord's realtor and so far no one has offered to discuss this or explain the illegal deductions. Unfortunately, we will probably have to pursue this in court to get the rest of our money back.
