    Their atrocious use of AI resulted in a breakdown of just getting a tour. If it’s this terrible getting a tour, I can only imagine their management of your lease. Money grab all the way

    would not recommend this property management company. I have serious safety concerns that have gone completely unaddressed. My front door would not properly close, which is a major security issue. I submitted a work order, and it has now been over 30 days with no response and no repair. Being left in a unit that cannot be secured is unacceptable. I had to pay for someone to come and fix it so the home could be secure. Communication with this company is horrible. Calls and requests go unanswered, and there is a clear lack of professionalism. There is no sense of urgency, even when safety is involved. This includes the office staff as well as the owner, Jordan. In addition to the maintenance issues, the surrounding conditions have been extremely concerning. I have dealt with drug activity in the neighborhood and ongoing issues such as dog feces left outside my windows. Rat infestation at the dumpsters and everywhere on the property, along with snakes. These conditions make the living situation uncomfortable and unsafe. My lease ends April 1st. Because I did not provide a 60-day notice, they are now refusing to allow me to move out on my lease end date. After everything I have experienced, this feels unreasonable and unfair. When I moved into the unit, it was filthy and not properly cleaned. The cleaning company came out after I completely moved in to clean the unit and they verified. It was not cleaned after the previous tenant moved out. That was also verified with the maintenance man who came to make repairs. Despite that, I maintained the unit and expect to receive my full security deposit back. I would like to move out according to the end date of my lease and be treated fairly. Please be very careful dealing with this company. 2/12/26 this morning I received a call from Jayme from the office wanting to argue about her professionalism and communication via text message from 2025 about the process to move out very harassing and frustrating to deal with this! I have videos from the day after I moved in of how filthy the unit was, and this organization can’t even be understanding rather harassing. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and stressful experience.

    If it was possible to give a negative star review, that would be much more representative of the appropriate review of this company. This management company is absolutely terrible. Jordon Strauss manages the property next to my home in Denver. He has been slow ( if he responds at all ) to respond to my inquiries regarding tree maintenance on his rental property that impacts my property. The landlord he represents has ignored my requests (for the last 4.5 years) to address a serious problem caused by trees on her property. The home she owns and the garage is deteriorating due to absolutely no maintenance for many years. Truly a slum lord in what is a lovely neighborhood. This company has no integrity and shows no interest in creating and maintaining a quality residential community. I would NOT recommend doing business with Laureate Management Company.

    Use caution. If they advertise laundry in unit along with photos, that doesn’t mean they work or will help ensure you have working units. I picked in the filters only apts with laundry units, not just hook up’s. They even show images of washer and dryer but neither work and only thing they offer to do is remove them. If I could get out of the lease now I would, being financially strapped I never even made an appointment with any that didn’t have laundry units but since first time renting apts never thought to test them at the tour. I feel set up and taken advantage of. The maintenance man they sent to remove it said the dryer never could have worked as the plug wasn’t the right one for the dryer. Again feel they put the units in to rent it and could care less what I’m to do now.
