We are not first-time home buyers and have never received this level of customer service from any other builder. Over the past month we have gotten to know our home and are even more in love with it. Tyler was absolutely wonderful to work with, and the ladies in the Sales Office were great! We did have a few Warranty issues, mostly around communication the first 6 months, but a personnel change to CJay has cleared all those issues, communication improved greatly, minor issues were fixed to our satisfaction, and we are left with a wonderful experience and the house we expected! We looked a lot on the market prior to purchase and PULTE did not disappoint! Thanks for making our experience a great one!
