  This is supposed to be “affordable” housing in Eagle county. 2,500 for a one bedroom isn’t that.

  Not a good place to live or work. Office manager keeps Office door locked to residents. Rude to residents and the 1 and only maintenance personnel.

  Poor maintenance on poorly built units, dog waste EVERYWHERE, rude and aggressive management, the king of adding junk fees (check your lease and fight them), gaps in windows so big you can stick your fingers in them. We experiences several floods that resulted in property damage. You're better off sleeping in your car.

  The apartament is great,but before at least a cleaning company came and cleaned all the highways and stairs once a month , and now they havent come at all in these months , and now everthing is dirty and full of leaves .

  Just a quick warning if you're planning on moving into these apartments. JUST DON'T! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! First of all, the useless management they have, there is NEVER a manager or anybody at the office to help you, and if there is, they always tell you they can't help with NOTHING!! In the second place we have the dumpsters fill to the rim with trash! the amount of trash and filth has become unbearable. All of this is causing a plague of roaches and disgusting skunks plague!!! In the third place they want to charge you for everything! we have to pay for the parking spots and it's not guaranteed that you'll be able to find a spot after 7 PM every single day! INSANE!! The apartments aren't even that great at all! So expensive for nothing to be included, because that's another thing, not only you have to pay for the water, gas and electricity of your unit, you also have to pay for the electricity in the office! for the sewer, for the trash company to come and pick everything up only once a week. And in the last place, the amount of freaking times my packages got stolen is ridiculous! and no, apparently you can't put a ring camera outside your door to see who is stealing your packages if they're delivered to you door. Also I would like to let you know that every year you get a raise on your rent of $200 or whatever amount they want to raise it for!!! AGAIN, DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS I'M SOOOO GLAD I LEFT!!!
