  This was a very trying property to get ready and sell in an difficult market. Much of the work had to be coordinated from out of state. I grew to have complete confidence in Abbi's advice and the vendors she recommended. The stayed with the sale and clearly explained the process and steps needed.

  Not surprising, the Wells Group is the largest realtor company in the Durango, CO area and after using their services, it becomes apparent why that is the case. Their ability to assess and target markets particular for our property is why they were able to find a buyer when others were not. Our particular Wells Group realtor Eric Roark worked tirelessly to promote our property and his efforts definitely paid off. Although we had not known him before this adventure, he and his wife Connie have become live long friends. This speaks volumes of the type of individual that Eric is. One of the services that the Wells Group offers are two moving vans with their logo on the side available to their clients upon a successful sale. Another brilliant marketing strategy having a mobile billboard for everyone to see. I highly recommend the Wells Group.
