  If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has effectively kept my security deposit and stopped responding to any communication. Phone calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and the office is rarely staffed with inconsistent hours. I was explicitly told by the property manager, Amy, in writing that my deposit would be refunded and provided with a receipt. Despite that, I have received nothing. I have also tried contacting their parent company, Cardinal Group, and received no response there either. I have rented apartments my entire life and have never had to consider legal action just to get a security deposit back. On top of that, I experienced multiple overcharges while living here, so this situation feels like a pattern rather than a one-time issue. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The price may seem appealing, but the experience is absolutely not worth it.

  Crazy how expensive this place is and how poorly it’s taken care of. The amount of people/homeless who hop these fences everyday and break the gate just to sit there and do drugs is mind blowing.

  X at Sloan's was amazing! And Amy, the leasing agent, was the absolute BEST I've worked with! She was so friendly, pleasant, authentic, and genuinely caring. She knows her stuff, and went out of her way to answer all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or like I was taking too long. Thank you, Amy!!!!!!!!

  Setup a tour and waited, tried calling but the ai assistant was the only phone number. Very unprofessional and giant waste of time

  I loved the place from the first moment I saw it I knew it would be my home, also the people who are in the office are super friendly and help you in everything, I am anxious to belong to this beautiful community🫶
