Natalie was great in explaining all the amenities and information that I needed to apply, I Was approved in 24 hours. I Can't thank Natalie enough for helping me that day. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Can't wait to move in.

- HNHoney NabiscoApr 13, 20261.0Every inquiry about the place is answered by an AI called Hunter that all but lies to your face about not being a real person. Tour requests, emails, phonecalls are all answered by Hunter. They even play canned office noises in the background of phone calls with this thing (indecipherable chatting and distant phones ringing). It was absurd and I knew my question couldn't be answered by anyone but a real human being so I obviously got no where. When I asked for a real person, this thing skated around my request and just kept trying to get me to ask it what I wanted instead. Horrifying and bizarre scam, there's no reason for its behavoir or the canned noises except to trick anyone unaware enough or vulnerable enough to fall for it. Any breathing person working there should feel embarrassed.
