They do their best to fix problems as soon as they know about them and really do try to keep this complex clean and in good shape. I believe that this management company is better than the previous one as well.

We put in a maintenance request for a clogged sink and tub, the fan over the stove wasn’t working, the shower rod was loose, and my mailbox key wasn’t working. We put the order in at 3 pm and by 4:30 pm the same day, EVERYTHING was fixed!!! Trinidad and his crew were phenomenal!! Thank you.

I know we ask for more from maintenance than most of the residents. I had a safety bar that was not installed properly. When I made him aware it was fixed immediately.
