  Have lived in this building for 2.5 years. The old and new management have done alright, but I have to say the people who live here are really classless. There’s no sense of community here and we have been dealing with a multi month. Noise complaint saga from our downstairs neighbors (turns out the sound was coming from the building, not us). Some neighbors are also quite hostile and juvenile. Just weird energy all around. Apartments are small and it sucks that there’s no pool, but the gym is nice and overall building is good value for the price.

  Honestly one of the nicest places to live. The office staff is amazing since the new management takeover (shout out to Raquel) and I love my neighbors. 🖤

  Honestly amazing building amenities have always worked in the year of living here the gym was out of service only 1 day. Love the Sauna. Super nice neighborhood and never had issues with neighbors or deliveries or anything. Maintenance was quick to respond to issues the leasing company did change 6 month in when I moved but really no problems the new manager is really nice i asked questions about my move out and she was very helpful. Over all great building is peaceful and very pretty

  I loved living at Sova for 13 months. Always clean and well kept. Wonderful staff, location, and amenities. Easy and safe access for doordash/ uber eats, package delivery, etc..

  Such a beautiful property! I met with the property manager Ms Kaila and she was beyond amazing. Very professional and charismatic, she showed me the property and all the fun amenities they have. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend Sova for downtown living!
