  I had a really positive experience interacting with the team at Sloan’s Place Apartments. The leasing staff was friendly, responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making the process feel rushed. The property itself looks well maintained, and you can tell they’re putting effort into improving the overall experience for residents. The location is also a huge plus with easy access to everything around Denver. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking in the area.

  Worst apartment experience ever. First- homeless problem constantly. Camps will be set up with tents outside the door blocking entry, & next to the mailboxes. Drugs and paraphernalia litter the entire property inside and out. No security patrol whatsoever. Doors do need a code to get in however the code is obvious, as well as the handles have been broken off of door and many homeless people be sleeping in the building. Second- my ring camera caught the maintenance men taking pictures of pictures displayed in my apartment of myself and friends and family. I notified the company and nothing was done. The employee still had access to my apartment while I lived there with no repercussions. Finally, I received a move-out statement with an amount I was owed with no attachment of how I will receive the security & pet deposit along with another payment I’m owed. I’ve sent 10+ emails, multiple voicemails and phone calls with no answer from anyone. AVOID THIS COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS.

  I scheduled a tour TWICE for these apartment and each time I got told they didn’t have a tour for this day. Called the leasing office and no one I talked to could help or answer any of my questions, all I was told is I’m sorry I cant help you with that. There was trash everywhere and looked like it hasn’t been kept up with in months. This was definitely a place not for me or for anyone in my opinion. Worst experience I’ve ever dealt with.

  Love this place! Great area close to Sloans Lake, Edgewater Marketplace and tons of restaurants and the Alamo Drafthouse. Clean apartment with huge windows and tons of light.
