  I have lived here going on 7 years. Every year gets worse. Our lease clearly states we are not allowed to work on our vehicles in the parking lot. Which clearly is not enforced. Daily people are tearing apart cars in the lot. The grease is so bad you can't walk on it. I've complained to the manager and he said send him pictures? Which I have plenty of. Maintenance drives around all day and sees this activity. Either there to afraid to report them, or just don't care. It's not the tenant's job to enforce what our lease clearly states is prohibited. Also tenant's have turned our parking lot into a business. Building speaker boxes and blasting loud music. These problems don't happen at the buildings where the office is located. Our building is the dirtiest property I've ever seen. Nobody comes over here to resolve the problems. Management just turns a blind eye and pretends this isn't a problem. They have let this behavior continue for so long these tenants actually believe they can do whatever they want. I pay a lot of money to live in a dumpster. Somebody should care enough to change this environment. Yet nobody has. I will start enforcing my tenant rights.

  The staff is amazing! Paul and Courtney in maintenance are all about getting things done for the residents!

  We hated living here. Maintenance was terrible and at the end of our year and a half lease we started seeing roaches. Glad to be out of there!
