  Friendly staff and clean units. The staff was helpful in explaining where everything is and what is expected. They helped me download helpful apps. The unit was freshly redone and clean.

  My sister searched for apartments across the city and found the process extremely challenging, as she wasn’t receiving much assistance. However, when we came to this apartment, Santiago was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and easy for her.

  Previously known as pembrook on the green (check out those reviews) Lived here August 2021, due to faulty wiring the APARTMENT CAUGHT FIRE WHEN ME AND MY HOUSEMATE LEFT one random day. 5 animals ,2 dogs, a turtle, a pigeon and 2 baby pet rats passed away in this fire along with all our immediate neighbors displaced. It was August 9 th 2021, google it; there is an article as proof the fire happened.

  I toured this place and while the apartments looked nice, I decided to go with a different location. However, since touring I have been spammed with emails and texts from Casey asking me to apply, despite me continuing to respond and tell him I was no longer interested. Even if I had been interested, the continued harassment to get me to apply would make me choose a different place. Tasteless.

  Briza was my leasing agent and she was extremely helpful and kind through the whole process of getting into my new apartment:). This is the first apartment that I’ve gotten for just myself, she made the process very thorough and transparent which I appreciate. I did my tour with her as well and she made sure to show me two different models to give me an option at different price points as well. I have high anxiety, especially through things like this and she definitely knows how to give a peace of mind. The apartments are great, many different floor plans and sizes to choose from, I inspected them with as much knowledge as I had but my new home is amazing and you’d be happy to live here. It’s clean inside/out and neighbors seem to be respectful. The units are a great price as well. I’d definitely recommend Briza to be your leasing agent.
