  The pool area was clean, neat, and very inviting. The grounds throughout the community were well maintained and looked great. The apartment I viewed was in excellent condition—the make-ready was clearly done with care and attention to detail. You can tell that the maintenance team really stays on top of things here.

  My family and I stayed in the guest suite this past weekend and we loved it! The suite was so clean as was the rest of the complex. Got to use the pool, hot tub, and grill, all very clean and maintained! Arturo was SUPER helpful when it came to any questions and recommendations! He’s awesome! Had a blast and would definitely love to go back soon!

  Toured this apartment with Austin and signed a lease here but due to some life circumstances I was not able to move in. Austin and the leasing team here were completely understanding of my situation and really helped me out. The apartment was beautiful though, they have very big one bedroom apartments for pretty fair prices. The location was also prime. Would highly recommend checking this place out!

  Working with Kinzie at the Regatta has been refreshingly easy. She’s direct, communicates well, and treats vendors with professionalism and respect, something that shouldn’t be rare, but often is. Across multiple communities over the years now, she’s been consistent, organized, and easy to work with. Clear communication and solid execution. We’re proud to support her communities with our waste services and always appreciate the partnership. :)

  The trash situation got out of control and the office took no actions. The office switched to a new trash company last year that charges as high as $43/mo. During the transfer period of days, they left pamphlets saying would pick up trash at your door everyday except Friday. But NO, they don’t pick up on Saturdays either! I saw some residents complained in reviews but guess what! They now even skip Sundays too!! But still charged the same rate that’s higher than my water and gas bills combined! Office staff has zero legal training and don’t know how to deduct money from the trashy vendor. 3 days out of a week no trash pickup! , trash sting the hallways! Don’t move here
