  Recently moved in to an apartment here and am loving it so far. Beto, Lauren, and Stephen were all tremendously helpful and accommodating in getting me moved in and any information I needed. They made the entire application and moving process so easy. The apartment is clean and spacious, and everything has been great so far. I will update after having been here a bit longer, but I am really looking forward to living here!

  Loved this property until new management took over and “upgraded” all the amenities - meaning they took away the lounges by the pool, the chandeliers in the hallway, the computer room, the color in the hallways, the yoga room, and so much more. The pool and hot tub are always dirty and “under maintenance” This new management literally destroyed the vibe of this whole community. Hallways smell like trash and chemicals from their “construction” that has been going on since they took over almost a year ago. Absolutely nothing was upgraded, they are literally taking amenities away. Also unsafe garage and property with chemicals and gas. Wouldn’t recommend with this management. They are having their friends, and offering promos to new move-ins, to write good reviews since their reviews went way down after this new management took over. Don’t trust them.

  We recently moved in and have had a great experience so far. The initial tour with the leasing agent was informative and welcoming, and once we decided to sign the lease, they were extremely helpful in making the whole process smooth and stress-free. When we arrived, the apartment was exceptionally clean and move-in ready, which we really appreciated. Since settling in, everything has been going well—the community is lively, friendly, and enjoyable to be part of.

  I had a great experience with One City Block and especially with Lauren from the leasing team. She was very friendly and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Lauren took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, especially studio options with a patio, and made sure I felt confident in my decision!

  I’ve been living here for about 3 months now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From day one, the management team has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. They made the move-in process smooth and stress-free, and ever since, they’ve been super responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. The amenities are a huge plus, there’s secure indoor parking, a great gym, and a really nice pool area that’s perfect for relaxing. I also really appreciate the level of security throughout the property; it makes me feel safe and comfortable living here. Another big highlight is how quiet and respectful the community is. The neighbors are friendly, and I haven’t had any issues at all, it’s just a peaceful place to come home to. Overall, this has been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable apartment in Denver!
